In Genesis 3:9, God calls out to Adam, “Where are you?”
It’s not that God didn’t know where Adam was — it’s that He wanted Adam to realize where his heart had gone. Even in the moment of failure and shame, God’s voice breaks through the silence, not to condemn, but to invite.
That same question echoes to us today. “Where are you?” Are we hiding in fear, covered by guilt, or walking in His grace?
This week’s word reminds us that God still seeks us — not to expose us, but to restore us. His pursuit is proof of His love.
